Seller and customers
INDYLUV TARNISH MART PRIVATE LIMITED is the seller and merchant responsible for fulfilment, support and refunds. We supply retailers, boutiques and resellers in India and serviceable overseas destinations. We are not a marketplace, crowdfunding service, money-transfer business or investment scheme.
Products and prices
We sell necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, sets and accessories. The catalogue includes fashion/imitation jewellery, stainless steel and supplier-described silver jewellery; the exact goods, purity if claimed and product specifications are verified before payment. Complete order flow
- Discover: browse product photographs, material/finish descriptions and INR-first prices. USD and lira displays are references.
- Select: choose at least 10 units of a wholesale SKU, a paid sample from one unit, or a one-of-each assortment pack. The website previews the approved volume tier.
- Enquire: review the enquiry, download a CSV if needed, and send it by email or WhatsApp. No payment is taken at this step.
- Verify and quote: we confirm availability, exact specifications, buyer/destination eligibility, taxes, shipping, total and dispatch estimate in writing.
- Accept and pay: the buyer accepts the quotation. After gateway activation, we intend to collect one-time payment for that invoice through secure hosted checkout/payment links. Presently online checkout is not enabled.
- Confirm: we verify the successful payment with the provider, allocate the order and issue the order confirmation/invoice. A screenshot alone is not evidence of cleared payment.
- Fulfil: goods are checked, packed and dispatched with tracking according to the accepted shipping schedule.
- Support: the buyer contacts INDYLUV for shortages, wrong goods, damage, non-delivery or eligible cancellation. Approved refunds return through the original payment channel.
Payment use and transaction size
The proposed gateway use is one-time collection for confirmed physical-goods invoices, including paid samples and wholesale assortments; no customer balance is maintained. INR will be the primary transaction currency. International methods are offered only after provider/banking approval and destination eligibility checks.
Planning estimate: standard wholesale orders of approximately ₹5,000–₹2,50,000, with an initial expected average order around ₹50,000. These are projections, not historical transaction statistics or a payment-provider-approved limit. Samples may be lower and large packs or bulk orders may be significantly higher. Every actual amount is specified in the accepted quotation. Orders above the gateway-approved limits require provider review or another lawfully agreed payment arrangement; payments are never split to evade limits.
