INDYLUV supplies physical jewellery and accessories, primarily to businesses buying for resale. Users must be at least 18 and authorised to place orders for their business. These terms, the accepted quotation, product specification and published refund/shipping policies govern an order. Mandatory statutory protections prevail.
Products and specifications
Listings show a SKU, supplied photographs, category, material/finish description and indicative per-piece prices. Photos show the supplied style; screens and lighting can affect apparent colour. We confirm actual materials, dimensions, size, weight, purity/certification where relevant, country of origin and availability for the ordered goods before payment. Gold-tone and silver-tone describe appearance and are not claims of solid precious-metal content. No universal anti-tarnish, waterproof, hypoallergenic or lifetime guarantee is offered. A specific written warranty is disclosed before purchase if applicable. We will not replace a confirmed specification with a materially different product without consent.
Minimum quantities and discounts
Individual wholesale styles require 10 pieces. Paid samples start at one piece without volume discount. Mixed assortments start at one pack and contain one of each style shown in that pack. Published discounts are 10% at 50+, 25% at 100+, 35% at 250+ and 40% at 500+. Individual tiers apply to the quantity of the same style; assortment tiers apply to included pieces multiplied by pack quantity. Discounts are applied once, not compounded. Final prices and stock are confirmed in the accepted quotation.
Pricing and currencies
INR is the primary quote and invoice currency. USD and Turkish-lira displays are reference conversions from the catalogue price snapshot, not a promise of settlement in those currencies. Reference prices may be updated for later enquiries, but an accepted paid order is not repriced without the buyer’s agreement. Shipping, applicable tax and any permitted disclosed payment costs are itemised before payment. No amount may be charged beyond the total you accept. Incorrect catalogue prices are explained before acceptance; if discovered after payment and we cannot honour the order, you may choose a full refund.
Formation of an order and payments
Adding items or sending an enquiry does not place a paid order. We send a written quotation identifying the goods, total, taxes/shipping, validity period and delivery estimate. An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing after your agreement and successful payment verification. Standard orders are paid in full before dispatch. Online checkout is not currently active. After payment gateway activation, invoice-linked secure hosted checkout/payment links may be used for accepted orders. Available methods and the charge currency are displayed at payment; international acceptance is subject to separate provider approval. We never ask for card numbers, CVV or OTPs by email/WhatsApp and do not store card credentials on this website. No recurring payments, stored-value wallet, investment or third-party fund collection is offered.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Our Delivery & Shipping policy and Refund & Cancellation policy describe lead times, shipping responsibility, cancellations, defective/wrong/undelivered goods, return costs and refund timelines. A reseller’s change of mind does not create a general return right for correctly supplied goods. Mandatory withdrawal and consumer rights remain available where applicable.
Buyer and seller responsibilities
Provide accurate billing, shipping and tax/import information. We are responsible for lawful sale, accurate agreed specifications and fulfilment. Buyers must comply with destination import and resale obligations communicated for their order. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful goods or unauthorised access. Product images and branding may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability and disputes
We remain responsible for remedies required by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. For genuine business-to-business orders, liability for indirect commercial loss is excluded to the extent lawful; this does not remove responsibility for refunding unfulfilled goods, fraud, deliberate misconduct or mandatory product/consumer remedies. Contact our support team first so we can investigate. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory protections and competent forums in your jurisdiction. Courts competent for Noida, Uttar Pradesh may hear business disputes, without restricting statutory consumer forums or other mandatory rights.
Privacy, support and changes
Read our Privacy Policy for information handling. Send complaints to contact@indyluv.com; we acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 calendar days. Changes to policies apply to future orders from their stated date; they do not reduce rights for an already accepted order.
